1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
Inquiry form: your name, email, phone (optional), business details, project description, websites you like, uploaded brand files and your preferred contact method.
Payments: when you subscribe, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, billing address, subscription status and payment history, but never your full card number.
Live chat: messages you send through our chat (Crisp), and technical data needed to run it.
Usage data: if you accept analytics or marketing cookies, pages visited, device and approximate location (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). We also record where you came from (e.g. an ad campaign) when you send an inquiry.
3. Why we use it (legal bases)
To answer your inquiry and prepare your quote (steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To provide the Service, handle billing and support (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
To keep accounting records (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).
To measure and improve our website and ads (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it anytime in Cookie settings.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted processors: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Crisp (live chat), Vercel Blob (file uploads), Google (Analytics) and Meta (ads measurement), only where needed and under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.
5. International transfers
Some processors are based outside the EU (for example in the USA). Transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
Inquiries that don't become clients: up to 12 months. Client and billing data: for the duration of the contract and as long as accounting law requires (generally 10 years for accounting documents in Bulgaria). Website content after cancellation: 14 days, as described in our Terms.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@studionivo.net. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
